The Raspberry Pi is a fabulous little computer. Inexpensive and easy to use and build projects with. What is one of the things that has been missing from the Raspberry Pi? The ability to veryeasily build (no soldering!) a weather station using this fine computer. This Kickstarter is a perfect technology project to learn all about the weather and how to sense the environment around you. Right here. Right in your neighborhood. SkyWeather2. I like it. Will you be adding sensors for additional units? Like pool water temp (w/ or wo/ external probe) or additional sensor channels? I have a Meade unit that I’m using with a USB connection to an RPi. Somewhat suboptimal. I also have independent Sonoff modules that include temp and humidity sensors as well as remote wet waterproof probes for water temp.
I like the pool sensor id. Do you have a model number I can check?

Nice. New to pi – very interesting.
Just what I have been looking for! Toughest part might be the printable case. No 3D capability here yet.
We are selling the case for those whom don’t have a 3D printer yet. We have sold so many that we have our 3 printers working 24/7!
